Cinema Genius

Found at a market stall and (obviously) purchased and framed. I hear a lot of talk about the Genius, as if anyone could reopen it tomorrow. Well, there must be a reason it's still closed? First, the funding issue, and today, having completed the first phase of the ERDF within the required timeframe, they've been unblocked. The second, more technical, issue: projects are made using old projects, and aside from a few dated, incorrect, but still useful drawings, there was nothing. We've almost completed the documentation and technical reconstruction phase, and we'll soon be in a position (financially and technically) to launch this adventure. Unfortunately, I don't know of any other viable options; that's certainly a limitation of mine.
